New members: application for NZSE Full Membership

Submit your membership application by completing the online membership form.
When you submit your form, an email will be sent to the NZSE secretary.
At the next Management Committee meeting (held at least every 3 months), your application will be considered and, as long as conditions of membership are met, confirmed.
You will then be advised of your admission to the Society via email, which will also include a link to setup your login and password to use the membership area of this website, including payment options.

You must nominate an existing FULL member of NZSE to support your application.
You must also supply proof of your student status (e.g. a letter from your supervisor). This can be sent to the NZSE secretary via email.

When you login you’ll see a membership tab.
If you owe fees you will be sent out an email with a ‘Renewal’ option. There will also be a renew button under “Actions” when on the membership tag if you owe fees.
There is also an option of “changing membership” which allows you to modify your membership from 1 year to 3 years.
You will be provided payment options – either direct funds transfer to the NZSE bank account, PayPal or credit card.
Once your payment has been received, you will be advised that your membership renewal has been successful.
You can update your membership details by clicking the “Edit” tab when you login.

Following the 2010 Annual General Meeting, membership payments are now as follows:

A 3-year subscription option is available; we encourage this option as it reduces administration for both you and NZSE.
